LIVE: send current position to the server during a course

Add a button to authorize the app to send the current position (by default this is off). Ignition: send a nickname (the same as for storing the track). In response, the app receives an id. At each GPS event, the app send the (id,position) to the server. At the end of the course, the app send a close message.
